Advanced, comprehensive care delivered with a small-town touch. Backed by world-class post-graduate training, we're dedicated to treating you like family and protecting your smile for life. Â
Welcome to Our Office
Dr. Patrick Miller DDS took over the practice in 2026 from Dr. Brad Shinaman DDS. It is my hope to continue the relationship based care that this office has been known for. I want to spend time with each patient to understand their wants, needs, and desires for their dental health, so that we can together create a plan to keep them smiling for life. Â

Dr. Miller is a 2000 graduate of West Wilkes High School. He then went on to study Civil Engineering at North Carolina State University prior to entering Dental School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill graduating in 2011. Â

Since graduating in 2011, Dr. Miller has taken over 1200 hours of continuing education in all aspects of dentistry, notably completing the essentials curriculum at the Pankey Institute, the Garg Implant Continuum, and Docs Sedation training. Â

The son of Dr. Rob Miller and Sherrie Miller, he is excited to be caring for patients back in Wilkes County, where his dad and sister practice veterinary medicine at Riverview Animal Hospital.
